この度、第66回全国味噌鑑評会において、岐福味噌（ぎふみそ）が一般社団法人中央味噌研究所 理事長賞を受賞いたしました✨
全国味噌鑑評会は、味噌の品質向上と技術の研鑽を目的とし、消費者の皆さまに味噌への理解を深めていただくとともに、日本の味噌醸造技術の健全な発展に寄与する、歴史と権威ある鑑評会です📝
昨年度の全国味噌鑑評会 審査長賞に続き、今年もこのような名誉ある賞をいただけたことを、大変ありがたく、また身の引き締まる思いで受け止めております✋
この受賞に慢心することなく、次の目標に向かって、より一層おいしい味噌づくりに果敢に挑戦し続けてまいります😀
また、岐福味噌は、岐阜市内の小・中学校の学校給食でも、日々のみそ汁として提供していただいている味噌です🌟
子どもたちに親しまれているこのみそ汁が今回の受賞につながったことを、生徒の皆さんや関係者の方々にも喜んでいただけたら、これほど嬉しいことはありません🍀
We are honored to announce that Gifu Miso received the Chairman’s Award of the Central Miso Research Institute at the 66th National Miso Appraisal ✨
The National Miso Appraisal is a prestigious and long-established event dedicated to improving miso quality and advancing production techniques. It also aims to deepen consumers’ understanding of miso and contribute to the healthy development of Japan’s miso-brewing culture 📝
Following last year’s Jury Chairman’s Award, we are deeply grateful to receive another distinguished honor this year. We accept this award with sincere appreciation and a renewed sense of responsibility ✋
Without becoming complacent, we will continue to challenge ourselves toward our next goal and strive to create even more delicious miso with passion and dedication 😀
Gifu Miso is also served daily as miso soup in school lunches at elementary and junior high schools in Gifu City 🌟
If this award brings joy to the students who enjoy our miso soup and to everyone involved, nothing would make us happier 🍀
