アメリカから岐阜 芋慶へ訪問🌏✈️

8月29日は、アメリカから岐阜へ🌏✈️ そして芋慶にお越しいただきました。
味噌汁作り体験では、味噌の種類や製法について学んでいただき、工場見学へ🏭。
その後、出汁の取り方を体験し、実際に味噌汁を味わっていただきました🍲✨ 複数の味噌汁を飲み比べていただき、味の奥深さを体感いただけたことを大変嬉しく思います。
大きな木桶をご覧になった際には驚かれ😲 また「木桶仕込みはアミノ酸の数値が高い」という科学的な根拠に基づいた説明にも強く関心を寄せていただきました。
最後には店舗でのお買い物までいただき、心より感謝申し上げます🙏。

Today, we welcomed guests all the way from the United States to Gifu 🌏✈️
and we were honored to have them visit Imokei.
During the miso soup making experience, they learned about the different types and production methods of miso, followed by a tour of our brewery 🏭.
Afterwards, they experienced how to prepare dashi and enjoyed tasting freshly made miso soup 🍲✨.
They also tried comparing several kinds of miso soups and discovered the depth of flavors, which brought us great joy.
When they saw the large wooden barrels, they were amazed 😲.
They also showed strong interest when we explained, with scientific evidence, that miso fermented in wooden barrels has higher amino acid content.
Finally, they even shopped at our store, for which we are truly grateful 🙏.
Continuing our challenge from Gifu’s brewery—bringing Japanese food culture to everyday life around the world.
