2月21日 愛知県一宮市の九品寺幼稚園さまで 第8回目となる「味噌作り体験」を開催させていただきました✨
園長先生をはじめ先生方に 準備や運営にお力添えいただきましたこと心より感謝申し上げます🙇♂
豆味噌と米味噌の両方を仕込みましたが 園児のみなさんが楽しそうに取り組む姿を見ていると 私も思わず笑顔に😊子どもたちと一緒に味噌作りができることに 改めて喜びを感じております🌟
2年前の年長さんが仕込んでくれた豆味噌が今の園児さんのお給食に活用されているとのことを伺い 本当にうれしく思います✨
味噌作りを通して 子どもたちが食の大切さや 人と人とのつながりを感じてくれたら幸いです。今後も 皆さんに喜んでいただける体験をお届けできるよう努めてまいります🍀
On February 21, we had the pleasure of holding our eighth “Miso-Making Experience” at Kuhonji Kindergarten in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture. First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the principal and all the teachers for their invaluable help in preparing and running the event.
On the day of the workshop, we made both soybean miso and rice miso. Watching the children immerse themselves in the activity with such enthusiasm brought a smile to my face. I was reminded of how truly rewarding it is to make miso together with them.
I also heard that the soybean miso prepared two years ago by the then-senior class is now being used for the current children’s school lunches, which made me very happy. My hope is that, through miso-making, the children will gain a deeper appreciation for food and the connections it creates among people. We will continue to do our best to provide experiences that everyone can enjoy.
