岐阜女子高校 食物科『お味噌作り体験』🌟

10月1日、岐阜女子高校 食物科の皆さんと『お味噌作り体験』を開催させていただきました😊

先生方には多大なるご協力をいただき、心より感謝申し上げます🙇‍♂️また、このような素敵なご縁をいただき、本当にありがとうございます✨

岐阜女子高校は、芋慶から一番近くの高校🏫女子バスケット部は全国でも有名な強豪校です🏀そんな素晴らしい学校で、今回は食物科の皆さんと一緒にお味噌作りを行いました。

食物科は、将来 調理師や栄養士など「食のプロ」を目指す専門学科🍳実は私自身も、同じような学科を出ており、とても親近感を感じました😊

お昼からの2時間の授業では、1時間目に「味噌講座」として味噌の奥深いお話を📖みなさんが興味津々で聞いてくださり、私もとても話しやすかったです✨

2時間目は、いよいよ味噌作り体験！さすが食のエキスパートを目指す皆さん。手際よく、楽しそうにいろいろな形のお味噌を仕込んでいました♪

今回仕込んだ味噌は、来年3年生になった時に実際の調理実習で使っていただける予定です🍲自分たちの手で仕込んだ味噌で料理を作る—とても素敵な授業ですよね✨

来年の出来上がりが今から本当に楽しみです！これからも地域に密着し、味噌を通してたくさんの方に喜んでいただける活動を続けてまいります🤝

Gifu Women’s High School is the closest high school to Imokei🏫
Their girls’ basketball team is also known nationwide as one of the strongest🏀
At such an amazing school, we had the pleasure of hosting a miso-making workshop with the students of the Food Science Department!

The Food Science Department trains future culinary professionals—chefs, nutritionists, and others who will work with food🍳
As someone who studied in a similar field myself, I felt a strong sense of familiarity and connection😊

The two-hour class began with a “Miso Lecture,”
where I shared stories about the depth and history of miso📖
The students listened with such curiosity and enthusiasm that it made speaking a real joy✨

In the second hour, it was time for hands-on miso-making!
As expected from aspiring food experts, everyone worked skillfully and joyfully, shaping their miso in creative ways♪

The miso they made this time will be used next year—
when they become seniors—for their cooking practicum🍲
It’s so inspiring to think that they’ll prepare dishes using the very miso they made themselves✨

We can’t wait to see how their miso turns out next year!
We’ll continue doing our best to stay close to our community
and share the joy of miso with as many people as we can🤝
