九品寺幼稚園 様「味噌作り体験」開催✨

2月20日、愛知県一宮市の九品寺幼稚園さまにて、第9回目となる「味噌作り体験」を開催させていただきました✨
こうして毎年続けさせていただけることに、心より感謝申し上げます🙏
園長先生をはじめ、先生方には準備から当日の運営まで温かいご協力をいただき、本当にありがとうございました🙇♂️
今年も豆味噌と米味噌の両方を仕込みました🫘🌾 大豆を一生懸命つぶす姿や、「いいにおいがする!」と麹の香りを楽しむ様子に、会場は笑顔であふれていました😊 小さな手で力いっぱい仕込む姿を見ていると、こちらまで自然と頬がゆるみ、改めてこの時間の尊さを感じました🌟
また、以前に仕込んだお味噌が園児さんたちのお給食で大切に使われていると伺い、味噌が園の中で受け継がれていることに、胸がじんわりと温かくなりました✨ 発酵の時間とともに、園とのご縁も少しずつ積み重なっていることを実感いたします🍀
味噌作りを通して、食べものの大切さや、みんなで力を合わせる楽しさ、そして時間が育てる力を感じてもらえていたら幸いです🤝⏳
これからも、子どもたちの笑顔に支えられながら、地域に根ざした味噌づくりと体験を大切に続けてまいります😊
On February 20, we had the pleasure of holding our 9th “Miso-Making Workshop” at Kuhonji Kindergarten in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture ✨ We are truly grateful to be able to continue this tradition year after year 🙏
We would like to sincerely thank the principal and all the teachers for their warm support, from preparation to the smooth operation of the event on the day 🙇♂️
This year again, we prepared both soybean miso and rice miso 🫘🌾 The room was filled with smiles as the children enthusiastically mashed the soybeans and joyfully said, “It smells so good!” while enjoying the aroma of the koji 😊 Watching their small hands work with such energy naturally brought smiles to our faces and reminded us once again how precious this time together truly is 🌟
We were also deeply touched to hear that the miso prepared in previous years is being carefully used in the children’s school lunches ✨ Knowing that the miso continues to be passed down within the kindergarten community warms our hearts. Just as fermentation takes time, we feel that our bond with the school has been steadily growing year by year 🍀
Through the experience of making miso, we hope the children can feel the importance of food, the joy of working together, and the power of time to nurture and transform 🤝⏳
We will continue to cherish these experiences, supported by the smiles of the children, and remain committed to sharing locally rooted miso-making and cultural traditions with our community 😊
