みどり幼稚園 様『お味噌作り体験』🌟

5月13日 今年も岐阜県各務原市の「みどり幼稚園」様にて『お味噌作り体験』を行わせていただきました🌟

浅野先生をはじめ 先生方や保護者の皆様には 今年も大変お世話になりました。心より感謝申し上げます🙇‍♂️

今回は 年中の子どもたちが自分の手でしっかりと混ぜ合わせながら「おいしくなぁれ」と元気いっぱいに声をかけて お味噌を仕込んでくれました😊その一生懸命な姿に 私たちもたくさんの感動と元気をもらいました✨

味噌づくりを通じて 子どもたちが「食べ物の大切さ」や「作ることの楽しさ」に気づいてくれたら嬉しいです✋

これからも芋慶は 味噌を通して“食”の大切さや 日本の発酵文化を伝える活動に取り組んでまいります🍀

On May 13th, we had the pleasure of holding our annual Miso-Making Experience at Midori Kindergarten in Kakamigahara City, Gifu Prefecture🌟

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Principal Asano, all the teachers, and the parents for their warm support again this year🙇‍♂️

This time, the kindergarten children (middle class) enthusiastically mixed the ingredients with their own hands, cheerfully saying, “Make it delicious!” as they prepared their miso😊
Their wholehearted efforts were incredibly moving and gave us so much energy and joy✨

We hope that through this miso-making experience, the children will come to appreciate the importance of food and the joy of creating something with their own hands✋

At Imokei, we will continue doing our best to share the value of food and the beauty of Japan’s fermentation culture through miso🍀
